Anemone Bouquet & Boutonniere

Today we have photos from Michael and Melissa’s destination Seaside Florida wedding of the bouquet and boutonniere.  The boutonniere is made from a dark centered white anemone, white tulip, and dusty miller.  The bouquet was filled with white spider mums (the brides favorite), a few white roses, white tulips, and with dark centered white anemones.  The bouquet was hand tied.  One bit of advice I can give if using anemones and tulips is to be gentle!  Both tulips and anemones have a fat yet tender stem.   The brides bouquet held up well but by the time the reception rolled around there were a few outer stems that were leaning a bit.  One way to avoid this would be to wire the stems.  Another way to deal with tender floral choices is to place the more tender stems in the center of the bouquet and use hardier flowers for the outer stems.  Talk with your Destin wedding florists for the proper design of your bouquet for Destin beach weddings.  And for all of your Destin wedding flowers, just give us a call!
